About the position

The Learning & Development (L&D) Organizational & Leadership Development Business Partner at Regions operates at a strategic level, providing consultation on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance issues. This role aims to strengthen the organizational culture, support change initiatives, and align with overall organizational goals by managing senior leader development programs and collaborating with various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the philosophy, framework, content, and delivery of senior leader development programs.
  • Partner with Talent Management, Succession Management, and HR Business Partners to align philosophy and content with Talent and Succession Management programs.
  • Support leader, team, and organizational effectiveness through engagement-focused, strengths-based, and performance-oriented development programs.
  • Develop, deliver, and measure programmatic and individual solutions to enhance organizational, team, and individual effectiveness.
  • Consult with L&D and HR COEs to develop solutions for strategic organizational change initiatives.
  • Analyze individual and group behavior using appropriate instruments and surveys, recommending strategies for necessary changes.
  • Support the Regions Talent Management Process in collaboration with HR and L&D COEs.
  • Ensure appropriate metrics are developed to evaluate the organizational impact of key solutions, resources, and programs with HR and L&D Analytics.
  • Serve as an Executive Coach to executives across business lines.
  • Manage vendor relationships and Third Party Risk Management service level owner responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and seven (7) years of professional experience in organizational, leadership, or HR development.
  • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of professional experience in organizational, leadership, or HR development.
  • High School Diploma/GED and fourteen (14) years of professional experience in organizational, leadership, or HR development.
  • Professional Coaching Certification.

  • Demonstrated facilitation skills to create new alignments and foster action that leads to results.
  • Proven skills in learning program development and management, measuring effectiveness of learning programs, and coaching senior-level leaders.
