The Life & Health Governance Data Implementation Specialist will be a key member of the Life & Health Operational Excellence & Analytics team, which operates on a global scale. This team is dedicated to ensuring that the Life & Health end-to-end system landscape is effectively managed, and that central analytics services and data governance are upheld to deliver timely, accurate, and consistent data to the business. The role involves supporting the implementation of Group data governance standards within Life & Health globally, developing and implementing a robust data governance framework, and identifying areas for improvement within this framework. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive documentation around the Life & Health data governance framework. You will also support various topics such as Compliance, Access Management, Cross-border data transfers, and Data classification. A significant part of your role will involve embedding data governance principles end-to-end and administering data quality monitoring to ensure high standards are met. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with IT, business partners, and other data governance colleagues to achieve a unified approach to enhancing data maturity and quality across the Life & Health sector globally. The ideal candidate will possess a background in data-related roles or governance-related projects and will be eager to develop and drive governance initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. You should be able to navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset and be highly motivated to manage your time and priorities effectively in a collaborative environment. Experience in project management and process improvements will be considered a plus. This position is based in Fort Wayne, IN, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance two to three days per week on average.
