About the position

The Retail & Digital Marketing Manager for Fragrances at L'Oréal Travel Retail Americas is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for various brands within the Travel Retail sector. This role involves defining comprehensive marketing plans that align with international brand positioning and business priorities, while also overseeing retail strategies, media campaigns, and digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steer the Retail Strategy to deliver excellence in on-counter elements, visuals, and planograms.
  • Orchestrate on & offline brand activations including OOH media, digital media, and off-counter podiums.
  • Manage and oversee Gift with Purchase, samples, forecast, mechanics, and on-counter implementation.
  • Coordinate the execution of media campaigns both online and offline.
  • Support digital initiatives such as Beauty Tech and Digital devices for Retail & Animation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Management, Events, Digital, or Retail Execution.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in the Beauty Industry.
  • Soft skills in project management, communication, prioritization, and managing complexity.
