About The Position
The L2 Production Support role is focused on providing technical support and solutions for production issues, primarily involving Linux shell scripting and Oracle. The position requires a strong understanding of incident and problem management processes, as well as change management and deployment practices. The candidate will work closely with L3 support and development teams to implement effective solutions and ensure smooth operations within the client’s End User Services.
