About the position

The L2 SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) position is focused on providing support and ensuring the reliability of systems and services. The role requires extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting complex systems, with a strong emphasis on maintaining uptime and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for site reliability issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in site reliability engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring and incident management.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
