The Shuttle Supervisor/Dispatcher at LAZ Parking is responsible for overseeing shuttle operations, ensuring efficient transportation services, and managing a team of drivers. Responsibilities

• Supervise shuttle operations and dispatch drivers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Provide training and support to shuttle drivers.
• Monitor performance and address any operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid Class B or Class A license is required.
• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience is necessary.
• Must have Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical certificate is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Transportation Supervisor experience is needed.
• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills are necessary.
• Basic DOT/CHP audit knowledge is preferred.
