About the position

HyperLight is a venture-backed startup spun off from Harvard University in 2018, focusing on the development of thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) photonics. Our innovative photonic integrated circuits are designed to deliver exceptional performance, unmatched by other materials, and are manufactured at high volume and low cost. We cater to a global clientele, providing tailored chips for applications in optical communications, sensing, and emerging technologies such as quantum computing and augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR). Our approach involves close collaboration with customers from the initial conceptualization phase through to mass production, ensuring that we meet their specific needs and deliver superior system performance. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lab and Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team.
