About the position

We are seeking a reliable Construction Project Manager to join our team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, planning, managing, and tracking the progress of our construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and direct construction projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met according to the established schedule. You will review and monitor project progress in-depth, preparing both internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Your role will also involve budget planning and cost estimating, as well as tracking inventory regularly to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, you will be responsible for planning ahead to prevent potential problems and resolving any emerging issues. You will monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations, ensuring that all work meets the required standards. Training and providing feedback to construction workers and subcontractors will also be a key part of your responsibilities, as will managing and mitigating risks associated with the projects. Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure that all construction standards are met and that the projects are completed to the highest quality.

Requirements

  • Outstanding knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

  • BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
