Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing queue with teammates
• Provide lab infrastructure support for multiple labs
• Perform basic configurations for switches, access points, and controllers
• Coordinate resources and control inventory
• Provide customer support
• Manage server farm and hypervisor (KVM, RHVL, VMware)
• Troubleshoot various software and hardware environments
• Rack and install data center equipment
• Maintain open communication with various team leaders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years' experience working in a data center environment
• Knowledgeable of server hardware and software
• Knowledgeable of routers and switches
• Knowledgeable of access points and controllers
• Knowledgeable of traffic generators and testing equipment
• Knowledgeable of terminal servers and PDU equipment
• Excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong interest in learning
• Dependable and process-oriented
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs

Nice-to-haves

• Hypervisor experience
• Knowledge of switches
