About The Position

The Lab Technician position at ADS involves testing raw materials and finished goods in a high-volume environment. The role requires interaction with lab technicians, engineers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure quality control and compliance with standards. The technician will perform various tests, maintain lab equipment, and assist in developing lab procedures, contributing to the overall mission of ADS in stormwater management and recycling.

Responsibilities

• Perform raw material tests
• Report test results to plants
• Perform finish product tests
• Perform basic maintenance on lab equipment
• Test customer complaints and provide report
• Perform gage calibrations
• Test competitor samples and provide report
• Prepare raw material and finish products for testing
• Assist in developing and writing lab and quality control procedures
• Maintain clean work area
• Other job duties as assigned by supervisor

Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $16.50 plus a $1.00 shift differential
