About the position

The Label Design Specialist at On Demand Fulfillment is responsible for designing and modifying label assets to align with customer branding and FDA standards. This role requires creativity and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all design projects are completed on time and meet production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design new label assets and perform modifications as needed.
• Ensure customer brand alignment and compliance with FDA standards.
• Prepare final press-ready label files based on supplied specifications.
• Make text and image edits to various formats of supplied artwork.
• Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
• Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation.
• Prepare images and graphics for online and mobile applications.
• Catalog and reference art and photography.
• Follow timelines to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot problems with creative, print production, IPR, Quality Control teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or relevant field.
• Some work experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of the printing process.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity skills with attention to detail.
