About the position

The Labeling & Packaging Technician I is responsible for overseeing the labeling and packaging processes at Spotlight 29 Casino. This role involves ensuring that products are packaged correctly, efficiently, and safely, while also providing outstanding customer service to guests and team members. The technician will operate and maintain production equipment, assist with inspections, and ensure quality control standards are met before products are shipped.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding the mission statement.
• Deliver a Five Star Experience to guests and team members by adhering to service standards.
• Coordinate with Post Production management to maintain the department and personnel.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production and packaging equipment with minimal instruction.
• Oversee the labeling and packaging process to ensure proper, efficient, and safe packaging of products.
• Assist technicians with preoperational inspections before production and packaging startups and changeovers.
• Operate label machines efficiently to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.
• Ensure all products meet visual standards prior to shipping, including checking lids and labels.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and adhere to service standards.
• Experience in operating production and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
