Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and attend court hearings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies tailored to their needs.
• Participate in business development initiatives and grow a personal book of business.
• Dedicate up to 50 hours per year to pro bono work, included in the hourly requirement.
