Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on commercial litigation and labor and employment matters.
- Manage discovery processes and take depositions.
- Draft and argue legal briefs.
- Engage in pro bono/public service work and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Participate in various committees and firm activities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in private practice, specifically in commercial litigation and/or labor and employment.
- Strong writing skills and excellent analytical abilities.
- Effective oral communication skills.
