This position requires collaboration with various departments to address payroll-related queries, process union dues, and maintain accurate records. In addition to payroll management, the Personnel and Payroll Specialist will assist the Director of Academic Affairs with various tasks and assignments. The ideal candidate will perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure the accuracy of all payroll-related documentation. This role also involves onboarding new and rehired faculty, staff, and students, approving recruitment actions, and liaising with union representatives to ensure the correct implementation of union agreements related to payroll.
