About the position

The Labor Relations Project Manager is a key role within the HR team, responsible for coordinating union-related activities and enhancing employee relations in union environments. This position requires a blend of HR expertise, business acumen, and knowledge of labor relations to effectively liaise between HR and the Labor Relations team, ensuring smooth operations during union petitions and collective bargaining processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders as union petitions arise, providing support throughout the process
• Build and maintain reports for union information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
• Share critical information related to union activities with relevant parties in a timely manner
• Coordinate union CBA processes, including negotiations, implementation, and compliance - in partnership with the Labor Relations team
• Coordinate strategies to maintain positive relationships with union representatives and employees

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labor relations or union management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, union regulations, and CBA processes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong MS Excel skills, using pivot tables and v-lookups
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field preferred
