Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of lab organization to support R&D efficiency.
• Manage standard operating procedures for lab-related preparative work and maintain inventory of reagents, media, and consumables.
• Oversee and optimize in-house inventory systems for accuracy and organization.
• Handle lab supply orders, stock management, and vendor relations.
• Ensure lab equipment is well-maintained and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Improve protocols to enhance efficiency in lab operations.

Requirements

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as either a researcher or technician in a laboratory setting (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical, dentistry or pharmacy).
• Experience in inventory management.
• Proficient in spreadsheets.

Nice-to-haves

• Skilled in sterile technique and laboratory techniques such as autoclaving and reagent preparation.
• Leading establishment of new or updated standard operating procedures.
