Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments on research projects within defined guidelines.
• Evaluate results and summarize data for research purposes.

• Analyze data for research grants and publications, preparing scientific presentations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all research and data collection.
• Establish and maintain quality control of project operations.
• Write and maintain regulatory and safety committee applications and protocols.
• Participate in grant writing and oversee specific research project goals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or master's degree in a related field with a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience.
• A tangible track record in microbiology, epigenetics, infectious disease, or immunology, evidenced by first and mid-author publications.
• Experience with single cell experiments and high-dimensional data analysis, including platforms like 10X Genomics or spatial transcriptomics.
• Willingness to work in BSL2 and BSL3 laboratories and with vertebrate animal models.
