Responsibilities

• Perform product quality control to ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of quality in blood processing.
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols in a high complexity laboratory environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science; or a Bachelor's degree in medical technology; or an Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology.
• MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
