About the position

The Laboratory Technician role at Adecco involves performing various laboratory tasks such as analytical testing, sample preparation, and equipment operation while adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analytical testing assignments, using judgment and initiative to determine methods and procedures for new tasks.
• Perform standard laboratory operations, such as reagent handling and dispensing.
• Accurately read measurements on laboratory glassware and follow written instructions.
• Assist in sample preparation and solution preparation.
• Adhere to laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety regulations.
• Utilize laboratory software to analyze data and generate reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
