About the position
The Laboratory Technician position at Integrated Resources, Inc. involves performing essential preparatory procedures on various samples in compliance with FDA cGMP requirements. The role is primarily focused on sample preparation and maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to routine testing programs in a laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Performs basic preparatory procedures on feed samples containing pharmaceutical ingredients according to FDA cGMP requirements.
- Prepares faecal samples for parasite egg counts and serum samples for ELISA.
- Prepares laboratory reagents and solutions according to analytical methodology or standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Cleans glassware and performs general housekeeping duties.
- Maintains complete and accurate documentation for all work performed.
- Performs other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Prior laboratory experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
