About the position
The laborer/installation technician will be responsible for performing physical labor tasks related to foundation repair, slab jacking, slope stabilization, and other concrete repair projects. This role involves operating various hand and power tools, preparing job sites, and assisting other craft workers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks at foundation repair and concrete-related projects.
- Operate hand and power tools including air hammers, earth tampers, and cement mixers.
- Clean and prepare job sites for excavation and construction work.
- Dig trenches and set braces to support excavation sides.
- Erect scaffolding and clean up rubble and debris after work is completed.
- Assist other craft workers with their tasks as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license (BFOQ: Drive Company Vehicle).
- Ability to pass a drug test upon offer of employment.
