This position is assigned to the All American Inn on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL). The Laborer role involves a variety of manual tasks that support the operations of the lodging facility. The incumbent will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking materials such as heavy boxes and bulky items using hand tools, hand trucks, or dollies. The role requires the ability to operate simple power equipment, including hand lawnmowers and other basic tools, to perform tasks such as mowing lawns, clearing small trees and bushes, and removing snow. In addition to the physical demands of the job, the Laborer will be expected to follow specific written and oral instructions, which may involve several distinct tasks.
