About The Position

This position involves a variety of tasks, including general maintenance, construction work, and assisting other employees as needed. You will be responsible for performing clean-up duties, replacing bricks in kilns, and operating various types of mobile equipment. Training will be provided to ensure you can safely and effectively perform your duties, and you will have the opportunity to grow within the company. In this role, you will be expected to promote and follow all plant safety guidelines, perform general clean-up duties, and assist with maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and bagging dust collectors, sorting and adding mill balls, hauling dust, and loading trucks for customers. You will also be involved in general maintenance and construction work, which may include concrete pours, wood construction, and minor equipment repairs. This position requires a willingness to learn and the ability to work in various conditions, including exposure to cement dust, heat, cold, and noise. You will be expected to comply with all safety rules and regulations while performing your duties.
