We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks at job site locations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle materials and products safely, including loading and unloading as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality control, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role or construction environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with operating heavy machinery or equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in varying conditions.
