About the position

The Labs System Administrator will play a crucial role in shaping the market-leading Network Access Control (NAC) product suite by supporting systems for network access, endpoint compliance, mobile control, and intrusion prevention across a diverse product ecosystem. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week in Plano, TX, and is a 9-month plus contract role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network setup, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Set up, integrate, and validate network devices and systems.
• Maintain servers, workstations, and network elements for team support.
• Manage system access, security, and system performance for optimal capacity planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing engineering datacenter labs, supporting both software and hardware development teams.
• Extensive experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., Microsoft HyperV, Nutanix AHV, KVM, VMware) and network architecture (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Brocade).
• Proficiency in IPV4/ IPV6.
