About the position
The position involves working in a manufacturing environment focused on assembling parts for pontoon boats. The role requires the use of various tools and adherence to safety guidelines while collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
Responsibilities
- Use a 3" roller and 1" paint brush for painting tasks.
- Handle catalyst materials as required.
- Utilize a chop gun, foam gun, and drills when necessary.
- Operate saws, cutters, hole saws, and grinders as needed.
- Understand and follow the Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook guidelines.
- Ensure reliable transportation to work.
- Adhere to the Company's Safety and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Requirements
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, crouch, bend, and climb throughout the workday.
- Must be able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
- Experience with common hand tools for assembling parts, demonstrated by passing a bench simulation test.
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions and feedback from supervisors and team leads.
- Understanding the importance of following work instructions to achieve daily targets with zero defects.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE requirements.
