About the position

The Lancome Counter Manager is responsible for leading a team to achieve sales goals while enhancing the customer experience. This role involves demonstrating product knowledge, driving sales through various strategies, and building customer loyalty through engagement and rewards programs. The manager will also oversee team training, product demonstrations, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through brand training, events, and strategies.
• Utilize the clientele program to build relationships with customers and meet sales goals.
• Engage customers in the rewards program to build brand loyalty.
• Communicate with vendors and store leadership to execute events and achieve sales goals.
• Analyze business performance and create strategies to exceed sales goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop colleagues on policies and goals.
• Lead product demonstrations and peer-to-peer training.
• Use point of sale technology and applications to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders.
• Merchandise new receipts and process damages and returns.
• Oversee presentation, organization, storing, and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards and comply with asset protection control procedures.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Experience in sales management preferred.
