About the position

The Land Acquisition Intern at Toll Brothers will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities related to land purchasing opportunities, particularly in Colorado. This role is designed for students in their Junior or Senior year, providing hands-on experience in the luxury home building industry, focusing on financial analysis and market research.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day responsibilities related to land acquisition.
• Investigate and assess land purchasing opportunities in Colorado.
• Perform land use and financial analyses.
• Participate in due diligence processes.
• Collect proforma input data including house costs, land development costs, and permit costs.
• Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections for future projects.
• Conduct land opportunity mapping and ranking, as well as competitive market analysis.
• Assist with title review and exceptions for properties under contract.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Junior or Senior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills.
• Understanding of complex financial analysis.
