About the position

Responsibilities

• Learn the land acquisition process including searching for and identifying land, underwriting, and closing processes.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to support land acquisition efforts.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving other interns and business leaders.
• Present business recommendations to senior leadership to help drive strategy.
• Write a paper focusing on the internship experience or another assigned topic.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program from a regionally accredited university or college.
