About the position

The Land Acquisition Manager at PulteGroup is responsible for identifying, researching, and contracting new land suitable for acquisition and development. Responsibilities

• Locate land suitable for acquisition and development by conducting necessary market research and due diligence.
• Determine land values in the specific market by checking like property sales through public records, developers, and other professional affiliates.
• Negotiate and contract land acquisition.
• Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with Development personnel.
• Coordinate governmental review processes.
• Review and monitor purchase agreements.
• Coordinate joint venture agreements or joint venture management agreements, as appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience in land acquisition and development processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to assess land values.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and due diligence processes.
• Ability to coordinate with governmental and development personnel.
