About the position

The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the acquisition of land for residential construction projects in Nashville. Requirements

• Proven ability to negotiate land deals and manage complex transactions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in creating and analyzing financial models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate analysis software.
