About the position

As a Land Acquisition Manager at K. Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate land acquisition opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Prepare and present financial analyses and statistical market analyses to support land acquisition proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of land purchases with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, and municipal officials to facilitate land deals.
  • Maintain relationships with in-house contacts to stay informed about potential land opportunities.
  • Present land deals to senior leadership for approval and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Land Acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial analyses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid driver's license.
