About the position

Double Diamond Companies is a national developer of exclusive golf and lake front properties, and we are currently seeking a motivated Acquisition Manager to join our team. This position is based in our Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas, and reports directly to the CEO. As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential properties for acquisition, negotiating purchase agreements, and coordinating property transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of real estate experience. In this position, you will be responsible for negotiating price and terms, conducting market research to identify potential properties for acquisition, and analyzing property values to negotiate purchase agreements. You will also coordinate and oversee property inspections and due diligence processes, collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and attorneys to facilitate property transactions, and manage a database of potential properties and leads. Staying up-to-date on real estate market trends and industry regulations is essential, as is assisting in the development of acquisition strategies and goals.
