About the position

Responsibilities

• Actively scout and secure land acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate land deals with owners, banks, attorneys, and brokers.
• Oversee corporate acquisition package preparation, including budgets and schedules.
• Walk potential sites to identify unique development challenges.
• Review environmental reports for any permitting or acquisition barriers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of land acquisition experience.
• Skilled in contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver compelling presentations.
