Responsibilities

• Manage land development and site development projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with co-workers and management to ensure project goals are met.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and drafting tasks.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding land development.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in land development/site development.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• EIT certification is required; PE certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and management.
