McClure is currently searching for a skilled Project Manager to join our growing Development team. This role is pivotal as the Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a variety of high visibility and critical projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership and the ability to mentor and develop less experienced engineers. As a business-minded professional, the Project Manager will lead their respective group, ensuring that the team operates cohesively and productively, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the company. In this role, the Project Manager will be the face of the project, responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring successful project completion for both the client and our firm. The Project Manager must possess the technical skills necessary to devise effective solutions that meet client needs, as well as the interpersonal skills required to assess client satisfaction and lead the team effectively. This includes the ability to plan and execute projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, while also building trust, delegating tasks, and leading the team towards achieving corporate goals. The Project Manager will oversee the team's QA/QC processes to guarantee high-quality engineering solutions and will articulate clients' goals and objectives to Project Engineers and other team members. Additionally, the role requires the ability to monitor business trends that impact the team and prepare a business plan for success. A strong community presence is also essential, as the Project Manager will be expected to volunteer time on boards, commissions, and organizations as a representative of McClure. Responsibilities will also include preparing fee estimates, writing proposals, and managing contracts throughout the project.
