About the position
Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Professional Engineer to lead their Land Development Team in Nampa, Idaho. This role involves overseeing land development projects, managing client relations, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in site design and permitting, and will be responsible for mentoring team members while driving business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects, staff, and client relations.
- Work directly with governmental agencies.
- Manage land development projects with expertise in grading, drainage, wet and dry utilities, and roadway design.
- Prepare lotting layouts and oversee their execution.
- Identify, analyze, and execute business development opportunities within the specific network region.
- Prepare scope and fee estimates for projects.
- Handle invoicing and financial aspects of projects.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE License for Idaho.
- 15+ years of related experience in site design and permitting.
- Strong background in managing clients and employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to initiate project management tasks.
