About the position

The Landscape Account Manager at Landscapes USA is responsible for serving as the primary contact for landscape maintenance clients in Oklahoma City. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring quality management, and driving enhancement sales while overseeing field operations. A strong background in landscape design is essential to effectively meet client needs and achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, meeting regularly with clients.
• Review the landscape on a regular basis ensuring quality standards are met.
• Proactively present property design, enhancement, or maintenance ideas to existing customers.
• Prioritize safety throughout operations.
• Help plan and direct daily field operations.
• Train and develop service personnel to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or a related major (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience as a Landscape Account Manager.
• 2 years of experience in landscape design.
• Supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
• Exceptional horticulture knowledge of native and non-native plants.
• Strong communication skills, with Spanish knowledge being a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
