About the position

Envy Exteriors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Designer/Architect to design luxury residential landscape and outdoor living projects. The role involves preparing conceptual and schematic designs, managing projects, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of landscape architecture, particularly in the Houston market, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and schematic designs using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Pool Studio/VIP3D, and Dynascape.
• Create hand-drawn renderings and price estimates for projects.
• Assist with project and client management as needed.
• Manage junior designers and provide guidance on projects.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Landscape Architecture/Design (minimum 5 years).
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong self-initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of plant material specific to the Houston climate and construction processes.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
