Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a Landscape Architect who is eager to unleash their creativity in crafting breathtaking outdoor spaces. This role involves blending artistry with functionality, conceptualizing and designing innovative landscapes that leave a lasting impression. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with design team to create 2D and 3D landscape designs
• Professionally communicating with clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings
• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes
• Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals

Requirements

• Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs
• 2 years of experience in landscape or landscape design related industry
• Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Drive

Nice-to-haves

• Professional landscape design experience
• Ability to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors as needed
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD
• Ability to hand sketch detailed designs
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino3d, and Lumion for producing plans and renders
• Strong communication skills
