LPA is seeking a passionate Project Designer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and master planners. As a participant in our uniquely collaborative design process, you will work hand in hand with colleagues across disciplines on a wide variety of innovative, sustainable projects. Our award-winning projects aim to have a positive and enduring environmental, economic, and social impact. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture and at least 8 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects, along with a Landscape Architectural license. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project design in collaboration with the Project Landscape Architect and Project Manager, while also supporting the Design Director in developing innovative design solutions. You will prepare presentations and documentation during the programming and schematic design phases, working towards final client approval. Your ability to develop and create design solutions in partnership with clients and team members will be crucial in supporting the LPA brand. Additionally, you will engage in research related to product and construction methods pertinent to the projects you work on. Mentorship from Design Directors and Managing Directors will be a key aspect of your professional development at LPA.
