About the position
C.J. McCarthy Landscape is seeking full-time Landscape Construction Crew Members and Masons to join their team. This role involves working on high-end outdoor residential properties, focusing on landscape construction and masonry. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the landscape construction foreman and crew to complete outdoor construction projects.
- Assist in the construction of walkways, patios, fieldstone walls, and other hardscape projects from start to finish.
- Use cut-off saws, wet/dry brick saws, laser levels, and excavation and grading equipment to complete various landscape construction tasks.
- Support the overall landscape and construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience required; 3 to 5 years of experience preferred.
- Valid MA driver's license.
- DOT medical card (required).
- Hoisting license (can be acquired through the company).
Nice-to-haves
- Additional landscape construction/hardscape experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience operating medium-duty dump trucks and trailers.
