About the position

The Landscape Construction Superintendent at EPIQ Exteriors is responsible for overseeing all phases of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with extensive industry knowledge to manage various aspects of landscape construction effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material deliveries.
• Manage and direct field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites.
• Monitor workmanship to meet company and client standards, conducting regular inspections.
• Track project costs, manage labor hours, and control material usage to stay within budget.
• Serve as the primary contact between project managers, clients, and subcontractors, providing regular progress updates.
• Address and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years in landscape construction or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Expertise in hardscaping, irrigation, grading, planting, and equipment operation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain; irrigation-related certifications are a plus.
