About the position

Tactical Lawncare, LLC. is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join their team as either a Crew Chief or Crew Member. The Crew Chief role requires experience in landscape leadership, including driving a truck and trailer, while the Crew Member will assist with various landscape maintenance tasks. Both positions are ideal for those passionate about outdoor work and contributing to the beautification of the environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties, including mowing, trimming, blowing, and edging
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, and weeding
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Assist with tree care activities, such as pruning and removal
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other crew members when necessary
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience in land management or landscape maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of landscape care techniques and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Leadership skills to supervise crew members effectively if necessary
