About The Position
The Landscape Crew Leader is a front-line supervisory role responsible for overseeing a crew of up to five technicians in landscape maintenance and operations. This position ensures that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while managing client relationships and crew performance. The Crew Leader is expected to work alongside their team, maintain equipment, and uphold company safety and image standards.
