About the position
Anderson Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Foreman/Lead Man to oversee landscape installation, maintenance, and project management. This role involves leading a team, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed to specifications. The position requires operating machinery and power equipment, as well as physical labor in various outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead team in landscape installation, tear outs, and maintenance.
- Read blueprints, drafts, and scaled landscape plans.
- Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare materials for jobs and deliver them to the site.
- Direct crew to ensure jobs are completed to specifications.
- Operate machinery and power equipment such as saws, packers, and bobcats.
- Install plants, trees, and hardscape features including retaining walls and paving stones.
- Haul and spread topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Prefer 2+ years of crew management experience.
- Previous knowledge of landscape and construction is very helpful.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.

- Experience in landscape techniques for at least three months.
