The Landscape General Manager at TM Landscape Solutions is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of landscaping services in the Greater Anderson/Greenville area. This role involves managing ground maintenance, irrigation maintenance, and landscape enhancements while ensuring a cohesive vision is maintained throughout all management aspects. The ideal candidate will embody the company's core values and lead a labor team to meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the labor team to maintain company goals.
• Monitor daily schedules and job tracking.
• Track progress and quality of work being performed.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members and ensure clear communication.
• Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience.
• Ability to manage crews.
• Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean 5-year MVR.
