About the position

The Landscape Installation Production Manager will oversee all aspects of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects. This role involves managing production, scheduling, customer service, and training while working closely with crew members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. The position requires a hands-on approach, with the manager actively working in the field alongside the crews they supervise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects.
• Coordinate with crew members, clients, and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Keep the Division Manager informed of job progress.
• Ensure jobs are kept on schedule and safety procedures are followed.
• Train field crew members and supervise up to three crews simultaneously.
• Read and install all plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to supervise and train multiple crews.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Proficient in both oral and written communications.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable on the company's insurance policy.
