About the position
The Landscape & Irrigation Warranty Manager is responsible for overseeing warranty inspections related to landscape and irrigation projects. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, and effectively communicating warranty-related issues. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to act quickly and accurately in various situations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warranty inspections for landscape and irrigation projects.
- Verify job readiness and check work completion by phase.
- Check programming on irrigation controllers for accuracy.
- Run irrigation programs and inspect all heads and bubblers in all zones.
- Document any broken heads, lateral lines, mainlines, and drip lines with photos.
- Adjust nozzles, heads, and bubblers as needed during inspections.
- Communicate warranty-related issues to the office promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of punch list and warranty items.
- Inspect spec homes for dead sod or trees and report findings.
- Maintain and clean the assigned vehicle to ensure a professional appearance.
- Ensure all crews return to the office and secure all trucks and gates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in landscape irrigation and warranty management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and motivated with the ability to act quickly and accurately.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
